Sneakies Kitchen Homebush

October 13, 2020 By Sacha Leave a Comment

In Short: Sneakies Kitchen is located in Homebush Business Village, and while it’s handy for the tenants of the business park to have a good food spot, this eatery garners a following that extends well beyond Homebush for its generous meals that are delicious, friendly service, and the long opening hours. Gather a few and try their famous pizza burger for sure!

Whether you have an early morning coffee craving, a peckish salad filler at lunchtime, or you’re needing late night supper dash, Sneakies Kitchen have all fronts covered. They take all-day dining to the next level by opening 7am during the week and only closing in the wee hours of the following morning. As has been the norm of late, we picked out a quiet mid-afternoon time slot to drop in at Sneakies Kitchen. Outdoor covered seating was the perfect choice on a warm spring day. For early morning or late night dining, there are indoor dining options as well.

Sneakies Kitchen excel at burgers, pizzas, salads, and pasta. If you’re undecided on whether to go for pizza or burger, Sneakies have introduced the epic Pizza Burger that has to be seen to be believed. Two bases stacked with melted cheese and sandwiched with not one but two burger patties on one half of the pizza and the second half includes crispy chicken schnitzel. Just a heads up, be very hungry if you are going to take on the pizza burger challenge, because it’s super generous. There were 3 of us going at it, and even then we weren’t able to finish. We tried, it was delicious, yet it won the battle. A couple of hungry dudes will definitely have a field day with Sneakies Kitchen’s original offering!

If you love creamy carbonara pasta, you would love Sneakie Kitchen’s Chicken Fungi Pasta. Generous pieces of chicken and mushrooms tossed in fettuccine pasta, coated in a white creamy based sauce, cooked with garlic and shallot.  It was full of rich, creamy, luscious flavours that kept me going back for seconds and before I knew it, I had polished off the entire plate, feeling completely satisfied.

Carbornara Pasta is nicely balanced

One of Sneakies Kitchen’s signature salads is their Grilled Chilli Lime Chicken Salad. The grilled pieces of Asian-inspired lemongrass marinated chicken was the star of the salad, served with rocket, roasted red capsicum, and avocado. Instead of a traditional dressing, Sneakies kitchen has used a chipotle mayonnaise to bind the salad together. This is one yummy, healthy salad with no compromise in taste.

Displaying versatility Sneakies Kitchen do a decent brew as well. Beautiful latte art is accompanied with strong chocolatey notes. I enjoyed the roast and the coffee was perfectly extracted.
